Since DISM couldn't run properly and sfc failed to repair some corrupt files, I'd strongly suggest running a repair install: So plese try clearing another 20 GB or so before you do anything else.
That's fine in theory, but in practice, it means your hard drive is almost completely out of space, with just 12 GB left. It looks like you increased the page file size by even more than I suggested.
